Precise movement training with a spring resistance system
What is the Classic Reformer?
The Classic Reformer class uses the original Reformer apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates himself — authentic, traditional pilates.
Unlike modern Reformers, it features a wooden frame and traditional spring system, allowing finer resistance control and deeper muscle activation. Faithful to pilates' original movement principles while delivering a systematic, full-body workout.
Programme features
- •Original spring system — Four-stage spring resistance for precise intensity tailored to each member
- •Whole-body integrated movement — Compound moves engaging arms, legs and core simultaneously — improved muscle coordination
- •Breath-linked training — Every movement linked to a breath pattern for deep core activation and focus
- •Built on accurate alignment — Movement training that maintains proper spinal and pelvic alignment — improving everyday posture
Changes you can expect
- •Stronger core means less back pain and more stability
- •Wider joint range and overall flexibility
- •Reduced left/right muscle imbalance — better alignment
- •Heightened body awareness — better posture in daily life
- •Stress relief and inner calm through focused breath training
